Le Jardin Academy is a private school in Hawaii. In 2013, they experienced a new influx of students drawn to their notable programs. The head of the school recognized this trend, and saw a need to take an objective look at how effective the IT department and its strategy were to meet the growing needs of Le Jardin.
They wanted a detailed evaluation of the IT Department’s practices and service level, the stability and maintainability of their networks and systems, and their staffing requirements. Based on the evaluation, they then asked for recommendations to ensure the department could deliver what would be needed in the future.
